A highly talented Head Chef who can inspire, create and steer the kitchen and its small team. The establishment is being launched by an owner to whom an ethos of sustainability, eco-friendly and being health conscious are paramount.<br>You will be energetic and ambitious looking to improve your current career prospects to Head Chef level and should have similar values, passion, perspective with a high regard for good sourcing food with fresh, seasonal and flavoursome ingredients being utilised at the heart of the cooking.
