<br>Premier Work Support have an opportunity for an Cargo Operations Receptionist to join a busy office at Stansted Airport. This is an exciting time at Stansted, which is experiencing exponential growth. The office is situated in a Cargo building next to the Terminal and provides administrative functions for a global leader in aviation services. The shifts are Monday to Friday, 6pm - 2am.You will provide support and general administration in the office, including but not limited to, acceptance of shipments via the reception desk, checking and ensuring paperwork is complete, completion of custom entries, completion of flight files, action and completion of reports for the day operation, liaising with suppliers and oversea agents, ensuring deadlines are met, ensuring the operation is secure at all times and all DFT regulations are adhered to. The successful candidate will have good IT skills, in particular MS Word and Excel, have a good grasp of English and Maths, have excellent people skills and excellent attention to detail.<br><br>This role is on a temporary basis, with a view to possibly become permanent for the right candidate. The successful candidate will be required to provide current and valid photographic identification, proof of national insurance number, and 5 year checkable education/employment history.
