The bar focuses on sharing Singha beer towers, slushies and chasers; the signature Speedboat cocktails – Snakesblood Negroni; Shop Window Old Fashioned; and Jelly Bia made with frozen Leo Lager; as well as softs such as a Snakefruit soda.As a Bar Manager you will have experience in managing at least one outlet, you will have a good understanding of cocktails, beers and spirits, be outgoing, driven and flexible. The successful candidate will be on the floor as well as the bar, assisting with training, rotas, stock and cost control.
The Successful Bar Manager will have:
Prior experience as an Assistant Bar Manager within a high-quality restaurant or bar;
Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in;
A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
Passion for beverages, food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;
