What You'll Do:

--️ Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations

-- Support, mentor, and develop our team of hospitality professionals

-- Monitor and manage budgets, inventory, and financial performance

-- Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness

-- Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty

-- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers

What We're Looking For:

-- Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar role

-- Strong leadership and team management skills

-- Good understanding of restaurant financials and cost control

-- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

-- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
