• Supervising the main/outlet kitchen to ensure the preparation and presentation of all food items align with the hotel’s SOPs and standardized menu guidelines.
• Maintaining the highest quality standards through regular production oversight.
• Monitoring and controlling the hotel’s food cost to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborating on concept ideas and menus for special events, encouraging input from all team members.
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP standards and maintaining hygiene standards per Municipality requirements.
• Conducting consistent on-the-job training sessions for culinary colleagues and promoting health & safety practices.
