The Kitchen Team is lead by our executive Head Chef, who is committed to delivering the highest of standards at all times. This position is within a newly refurbished hospitality area, delivering matchday and non matchday events. Join out team as we continue to push boundaries and build on our reputation of excellence. As a Sous Chef you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team. We are looking for a talented Personal Assistant to join us. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and proactively. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Real Estate team, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars. Additionally, the Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing data entry, filing, and record keeping. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and adept at juggling multiple tasks. 

Responsibilities: 
• Answer and process incoming calls from customers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client and transaction files
• Schedule client meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
• Manage data entry and filing
• Assist with document preparation and proofreading
• Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Monitor and order office supplies
• Assist with any additional tasks as needed

Qualifications: 
• Proven administrative experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Working knowledge of real estate terminology
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and proactively
