Passion and attention are visible in the great collection of wines that is present in the Restaurant wine list, the largest on the Island. Our wine list has won the prestigious Wine Spectator “Wine List Award of Excellence”, amongst others, from its first year of operations and every year since. We deliver a fine dining experience based around the philosophy of the Mediterranean way of life.
