--The Activation launches in early October through end of December, corresponding with the first-ever Riyadh Season, a city-wide festival bringing international attention to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia;
--FMT has contracted with of the world’s most prominent from Europe, Japan, South America and the United States to bring their restaurant chefs and concepts to Riyadh and operate versions of their restaurant concepts for various periods (any time between several days to several weeks);
--The Activation will be hosted in a beautiful, historic area of Riyadh, in the courtyards of the Murabba Historical Palace, a museum and series of palaces built in traditional Arab architectural style on approximately acres situated north of the old city of Riyadh;
--The restaurants will operate as standalone entities in constructed structures on the Murabba Historical Palace grounds (with full kitchens and front of house reflecting the essence of the restaurants in their home countries);
—At any one time, nine restaurants will be operating in nine separate structures;
—The restaurant concepts will be switched every few days to weeks, with new restaurant concepts rotated through the structures (for a three to four phases of rotation in total);
—There is a tight rotation schedule, with each restaurant coming in with new decor (handled by FMT), their menus, core kitchen staff, uniforms, and their executive chef team (who will require various prep days in order to open their concepts);
—Using a gated courtyard concept, the Activation will feature nine stand-alone restaurants operating at any one time with approximately seats each, serving dinner service ( -4 seatings) from 5 pm to midnight every night (patrons will be able to dine in the restaurants by app reservation only);
—Each restaurant will have approximately front of house and back of house staff brought in by FMT, supporting each
—Working hours of the restaurant will be from 5pm- am, although prior prep time is required, which varies based on the position and role
—Meals will be provided to the staff prior to and immediately after the service hours, most likely in the location of the accommodations
— Uniforms will be provided to the staff, depending on the exact position and role of each member
