What You'll Do:

-- Manage all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, and stock control.

-- Develop and maintain cocktail recipes and ensure consistency in preparation and presentation. -- Train, supervise, and schedule bar staff to maintain efficient operations and exceptional guest service.

-- Create and update the beverage menu, incorporating seasonal and innovative offerings.

-- Monitor and enforce compliance with alcohol policies and regulations.

-- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment maintenance and bar set-up.

-- Collaborate with the kitchen and restaurant management team to coordinate food and beverage service.

--️ Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

-- Implement promotional activities and events to drive bar revenue and enhance guest engagement.

-- Uphold high standards of sanitation, safety, and hygiene in the bar area.

What We're Looking For:

-- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.

-- Extensive knowledge of beverages, including spirits, wines, and craft beers.

-- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

-- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

-- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.

-- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.

-- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
