What You'll Do:

--️ Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience

-- Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of hospitality professionals

-- Manage budgets, financials, and cost controls to achieve profitability

-- Implement and maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness

-- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain guests

-- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers

What We're Looking For:

-- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-end dining environment

-- Strong leadership and team management skills

-- Excellent understanding of restaurant financials and cost control

-- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

-- Ability to develop and execute effective marketing and business strategies

-- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
