RIKAS Group hiring Events Manager at Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are searching for an enthusiastic Events & Creative Manager with a "can-do" attitude to develop creative events for award-winning dining concepts.

The Event & Creative Manager will be tasked to design detailed and exciting yearly' event & promotions calendars for his/ her assigned venues, in line with the Brand identity of our brands with outstanding coordination together with the Executive Chef and Operations Senior Management team.

Your creativity, out-of-the-box mindset and organizational skills and views on today's exciting dining scene and current trends will be critical to the shortlisting process. 
 

Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualising and designing creative ideas, concepts, visual content and immersive experiences

Maintaining and enhancing existing event calendars

Creating & Launching successful events year-round

Brainstorming meetings and creative sessions

Requirements 

Degree in Marketing or Hospitality Management
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in High-End F&B Group in Dubai
Amazing personalities and great communication skills

Will be a genuine people person, happy and able to bring out the best in their teams
