Papa Dubai is looking for a well experienced Entertainment Art Manager in Club, Restaurant and Bar areas. Premium and fine casual experience in Dubai is a MUST.

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Create new and exciting new concepts that differentiate us from the other brands.
• Propose of concepts events and special offers for the club and restaurant 
• Search and selection of dancers, DJs, and others
• Knowledge with DTCM permits/ licenses for the events.
• Creates develops venues, decoration, and stages from scratch where the events, shows take place.
• Good connections with the clientele, Suppliers in terms of technical lighting.
• Show staging and atmosphere creation: club show, bottle takeaways, creative surprise birthday celebrations for the guests, restaurant, and bar servings.
• Well knowledge in creating POS materials and art objects.
• Search and create images for employees and in the venue.
• Managed the activation of new concepts within the frame and approved budget.
• Very articulate for the choice of music selected, weekly activation calendar, ensuring that all internal stakeholders and other departments are kept abreast and up to date for the activation of weekly calendar events.
• Strong communications skills
• 2-3 years of experience in Club Restaurant and Bars.
• UAE experience is a MUST.
