Head Waiters/Waitresses responsibilities include but are not limited to.

• Maintaining cleanliness of the venue throughout, side stations and pass areas
• Ensuring prep is effective on all sections and side stations
• Ensuring tables are set up correctly according to standards and table arrangement is correct for the venue’s standards set out
• Ensuring condiments are prepped available and labelled where need be with expiries on all sections
• Ensuring all side stations meet replenishment standards
• Ensuring all clearance of glassware/plateware and crockery
• Taking of orders and delivering of F&B to tables
• Punching orders
• Taking payments
• Leading by example in sequence of service according to standards set out
• Wiping of cutlery and plateware
• To have excellent knowledge of the food and beverage offered
• Assisting and guiding fellow team members
• Arranging floor storage items and maintaining cleanliness
• Following breakage procedures set
• Following checklist guidelines and ensuring they are adhered to with completion on opening and closing the floor with the team
• Orchestrating deep cleaning duties of side stations on a weekly basis
• Reporting any order requirements to direct supervisor
• Reporting any maintenance issues to direct supervisor
