Job Description: BUSINESS DEVELOPEMENT MANAGER
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for promoting Dolce Hospitality's fine dining venues to companies within the DIFC, hotels, and other potential clients. This is a predominantly outdoor role, requiring the candidate to have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the fine dining industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and potential clients for Dolce Hospitality's fine dining venues.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with companies in the DIFC, hotels, and other relevant businesses.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with potential clients to introduce Dolce Hospitality's offerings and negotiate partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent Dolce Hospitality and build brand awareness.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the senior management team on business development activities and progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the hospitality or fine dining industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and understanding of market trends and customer preferences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- In-depth knowledge of the DIFC, Dubai, and the surrounding business landscape.
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for travel purposes.
- A professional appearance and positive attitude, reflecting the image of Dolce Hospitality.
