Candidate Preference
Handle complaints, customer queries, resolve issues within specified timelines.
Conduct necessary research and follow with other departments on behalf of the customer.
Provide status update to customers on pending / ongoing cases.
Prepare ‘Exception Forms’ and collect the evidence in the file to support the exception for customers in line with Policies & Procedures for management approval.
Prepare list of customers scheduled for handover on daily basis
Ensure that apartments are clean and ready prior customer appointment
Provide required explanation to customer with respect to community rules and move-in procedure
Update customer on registration for services such as LPG, utilities, etc
Update checklist during handover and review customer documents
Update customer visit sheet and provide the same to handover manager
Notify line manager regarding complaints/disputes and track the same.
Should have minimum 1 year customer care experience
Should be presentable and be in professional attire.
Should be proactive and quick learner.
Must have knowledge in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
