Job purpose

He/she has unique and bubbly character, a true entertainer who has a passion for drinks. He/she has great presence and can quickly take ownership of any bar space. Having a mature outlook he/she can take responsibility for the bar floor and can maximize guests satisfaction by anticipating their requests.

Duties and responsibilities

• Ensuring that guests are warmly welcomed in the bar and that orders are taken efficiently
• Able to work quickly and efficiently whilst meeting the highest standards of presentation and attention to detail
• Making sure that all the beverages  are served to the highest standards of presentation
• Conducting a detailed weekly inventory for all the beverages
• Strong knowledge of Bar products and familiar with product offerings i.e. the menu, beverages on offer
• Able to quickly and confidently communicate with guests to establish their needs.
• Creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere in the bar area.
• Knowledge of and able to work in high-end bars clubs and one of hospitality events.

• Friendly personality who enjoys dealing with a variety of different people
• Pleasant demeanor and temperament with a strong focus on customer service
• Flexible schedule for nights, weekends, holidays, and/or split shifts as necessary
• Neat appearance and exceptional grooming habits for a professional presence
• Knowledge and experience in upselling
