Open to only South-East Asian Chefs with experience in South East Asian Cuisine (JLT- Dubai-UAE) available to join immediately.

Hawkerboi is inspired by the vibrant Hawker Halls of Southeast Asia. Cooking the old school way, the Hawkerboi kitchen cooks only on open fire. With flavours from Thailand, China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore, the innovative, charcoal-focused menu includes peking duck, wok-fired seafood, Asian BBQ, noodles and yum cha. Curated with an intriguing array of specialty cocktails and paired wines, guests can truly experience a lively restaurant.
Chefs with Southeast Asian cuisine is mandatory. International exposure is desirable and ideally you are based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
