Required head hostess with 2 years experience in similar positions in Dubai

-control over the work of the staff of the guest room and the cleanliness of the room;

-table reservations in a restaurant (you need to know telephone etiquette and booking features);

-serving menus to guests (so you need to be aware of the range of dishes and drinks);

-informing guests about future events in the restaurant;

-seeing off guests, calling a taxi if necessary;

-informing guests about promotions held by the restaurant;
