Urgently looking for a HR Officer:
Location: Dubai
Requirements:
1) Must be graduate in Human Resource Management.
2) 3 to 4 years of Human Resources management experience.
3) Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Oracle (Webpay).
4) must have knowledge of UAE labour law and HR related laws.
5) Must have knowledge of payroll system and calculations. 

Job responsibilities:

1) Provides human resource support to ensure efficient operation of office.
2) Managing employee database in system
3) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
4) Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings.
5) Employement visa processing coordination. 
6) Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
