To create and administer content on all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement.
To monitor site metrics, respond to readers comments and oversee creative design.
To promote products, services and content over social media, in way that is consistent with an organisations brand and social media strategy.
To plan strategies and schedule social media posts using tools.
Creating an engaging platform by interacting with customers and dealing and resolving queries and enquiries.
Responsible for devising strategy, community management, creative directing ,customer, copywriters and analysing data.
Plan, create,publish and share new content( including original text,images,video and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing , Digital and product development teams to develop social media campaigns.
Set up and optimise company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content.
To bolster network by interacting with industry professionals and influences via social media.
Requirements and skills:-
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Creativity and problem-solving aptitude.
BSc/BA in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or a related field
