SOON Izakaya will not be breaking the DNA, the original code of genuine Tokyo-raised Izakaya, routing to the origins of the sake stay-in-drink and eat shops but will be following a strip-and-build approach by delicately infusing the new age meanings and the Middle East tastemakers’ preferences focusing on mixology, sound, music, and lighting design/solutions.

• below 27 years old
• expirience in high volume restaurants
• good understanding of restaurant operations
• past expirience in japaneese concept is a plus
