Job Description
  • To Lead and execute the creation and management of the marketing strategy and brand identity for Lucky Voice at Grand Millennium Hotel Dubai.
  • Oversee the production of all brand identity materials, collateral and the development of new promotional materials
  • Overseeing marketing campaigns. Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
  • Create, present and implement the budget reconciliation of the Hotel
  • Researching and analysing market trends and competitors.
  • Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies.
  • Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
  • Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spends is delivering a return on investment.
  • Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures.
  • Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
  • Develop, manage and monitor the Hotel’s social media channel strategy
  • Design and execute PR strategy for the Hotel to ensure positioning as one of the top hotels in the destination in the local, national and international media.
  • Implement tactical media relations activity in line with hotel’s business needs and objectives
  • Oversee consumer events as required
  • Ensure news related information, photography, videography and press releases are updated and featured as appropriate for all audiences
  • Oversee web traffic analysis to create and execute a successful digital marketing strategy
  • Provide local expertise about hotel seasonality, forthcoming events, local attractions and competitor activity in order to optimise return on paid search marketing.
  • Act as the primary digital and ecommerce contact for the hotel when new website, mobile or social media capabilities are implemented.
  • To control all expenditure to be in line with hotel’s business activities
  • Executes exemplary customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by assisting the customer and ensuring their satisfaction before and during their program/event.
