The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with the organization's online community in a way that builds brand awareness. They will work cross-functionally with internal partners to understand business objectives in order to communicate effectively with customers.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT AND ONLINE PRESENCE :

• To set and implement social media and communication campaigns aligned with marketing strategy.

• To prepare and implement strategy and actions plans for promotion and awareness of special events, celebrations, activations.

• To provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.

• To schedule for social media content on a monthly basis, in line with the guidelines and brand identity. To engage with the audience by liking, commenting and responding to customer queries in a timely and friendly manner.

• To optimize the quality and exposure of the pages with the tools offered by the platforms.

• To ensure the webpage of the concerned location is kept up to date (menu, information) and is following the established brand guidelines.

• To perform any ad hoc duties reasonability required by the business. Management of the Social Media Calendar DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluency with core social media platforms with an understanding of the latest social media trends and strategies

• Eagerness to engage and build communities, Strong strategic and analytical skills

• Ability to educate internal stakeholders around the strategy, results, and processes

• Strong planning, project execution, and analytical competencies

• Open and eager to experiment with new tactics and platforms

• Strong organizational skills and can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

Desired Skills & Qualifications

· Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position

· Preferably in an international, luxury five-star hotel

· English, Arabic is plus - excellent communication skills
