88 Alpha hiring Events Manager at Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for an Event Manager to direct, supervise and assist with event marketing, preparation, and execution for both TR88HOUSE & 88 TERRACE . 

Job entails but not limited to following activities: 

• Coordinate with all internal stakeholders such as Sales & Marketing,  Restaurants , Kitchen and Attractions Managers .   
• Proactively generate ideas for Events (Themes & Parties) in addition to regular calendar events such as Christmas, Halloween, and Valentines.   
• Planning Events, Parties and Birthdays in terms of decorations, book promoters, DJs, entertainers & artists as well as managing performances.
• Negotiating contracts for decorators and entertainers, plan and oversee event operations and staff
• Estimate and stick to a budget and ensure a positive experience for guests.
• Making sure all licenses are available for planned events and daily operations.
