Job Description

Cucina - Visiting Cucina simply mimics strolling through the charming and raw streets of Italy - from specialty coffee bars to neighboring gelaterias offering home-made gelato, to local trattorias. Cucina is an authentic Italian restaurant, bar & Gelataria all under one roof. This is an independent, focused multi-experience venue operated by Marriott International. Located at the brand-new Marriott Resort Hotel of Dubai’s world-famous Palm Island, this is Restaurant is critical to the hotels positioning and overall success. 

JOB SUMMARY

Position responsible for assigned food and beverage/culinary operations. Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

OR

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
