Job Description
Job Purpose: Ensure sales of the company’s properties within a defined geographic area, province or country. Work in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales through direct selling or agents.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Prospect potential clients, analyse market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring fair and honest deals.
- Source potential investors while establishing/maintaining a good work relationship.
- Advise investors on the options of Real Estate Investment Opportunities with Sobha Realty in Dubai.
- Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients as well as liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
- Attend to inquiries (of the following nature: sale, re-sale, property valuation, property services, property tour…etc) professionally to maintain a high standard of customer service, and generate extra income for the company.
- Formulate properties tailored to the needs of the clients.
- Plan monthly sales targets and execute them in given time frame. Handle Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales target.
- Achieve client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the CSMO.
- Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.
- Travel on business trips to potential markets and meet with high-net worth individuals and organizations to promote, market and sell off-plan and ready properties.
- Arrange for site visits (if required) for prospective buyers as per their requested date, time and location.
- Participate in Exhibitions and promotional events.
- Attend Property events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars…etc).
- Market and promote completed and off-plan properties to existing clients and potential investors globally.
- Give presentations to customers on Sobha Hartland project.
- Manage activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals.
- Handle client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
- Build a network of real estate brokers with the region and international level as well. Maintain an extensive database of brokers /Channel Partners/Individual Clients. Update customers data and sales records diligently on salesforce.
- Attend meetings with clients to build relationships with existing and new brokers.
- Coordinate with the allied teams for necessary paperwork. All relevant documents to be verified, prior to processing a sale and ensuring the initial payments are collected within the stipulated time.
- Knowledge of local demographic and economic trends to guide customers with integrity and build trust. Adhere and ensure compliance with the company guidelines and policies.
