Position: HR Admin
Job Purpose:
To perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. You will support the HR Manager and Outlet Managers in posting job ads, updating the database and processing employees’ requests.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain employee records both soft and hard copies. Update HR databases
. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, change of status and leaves.
. Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
. Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
. Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
. Ensure that all employment formalities like offer letters, manpower and employment contracts are completed.
. Preparing new employee files and maintaining a proper checklist of all documents required for visa processing.
Qualifications:
. 1+ years working in admin roles.
. English - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
. Additional languages are an advantage. Italian and French particularly
. Proficiency in Excel, MS Office.
Type: Full time.
Salary: To be discussed upon interview
