AlHabtoor city complex hiring Guest Relations Manager at Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City is looking for a Female Guest Experience Manager who will be managing a team of Guest Experience Hostesses.

Responsibilites includes selling and promoting restaurants and leisure facilities (Spa/Theatre etc). Monitor the teams performance and productivity including sales targets.

Candidates should have a background in luxury Hotels, Restaurants or Clubs.

Experience in managing a team is essential. 

Knowledge of Micros/Opera/Reserveout/7rooms etc is an advantage.

Proficiency in English is required both verbal and written.

Basic salary plus generous commission, service charge, gratuities, single accomodation, meals, flights, visa, insurance, medical and 40 days paid annual leave.
