Job Description
- Create unique drinks & update the Bar and Wine cellar menu along with the Restaurant Manager & General Manager
- Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws and other required stocks for the bar
- Create a bar procedure from opening to closing
- Permanent watch/inventory on alcoholic drinks onsite
- Marketing/Upselling of alcoholic drinks/wine/merchandising to our guests onsite
- Overseeing all the drinks operations onsite
- Overseeing the cleanness of the bar and bar items at all times
