Meshico Group Dubai hiring Bar Manager at Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We have an open position for the Bar Manager for immediate start.

Your main duties and responsibilities are:

• To manage multiple bars  and ensuring the standards are maintained at all times
• Plan and coordinate bottle service effectively and efficiently
• Create and develop bespoke and seasonal cocktail menus with a keen interest in drink trends and an extensive knowledge of ingredients and methods
• Implement beverage programs and new bar concepts to fulfil the requirements
• Plan and develop the overall Bars marketing strategy and execute innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales through promotions and bar events
• Proactively manage costs based on key performance indicators while delivering the brand promise to the members and guests
• Make beverage purchases within the agreed budget and to maximise gross profit
• Carry out periodical inventory on all bar consumable items and monthly stocktake on all bar equipment ensuring the gross profit targets are reached
• Establish a strong relationship with key suppliers and manage them effectively by negotiating best possible prices and stock allocation

The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in same or similar role in luxury hospitality with large bars operations
