We are a busy restaurant and have an open role for the Head Hostess.  To do well in this role you should be a leader, able to manage the team and have local experience.

Description : 

• Manage the schedule of reservations
• Complete opening and closing procedures according to set standards.
• Manage the team of hostesses .
• Communicate with Kitchen for Daily Briefing, including Guest allergies, special requests, and wait times.
• Welcomed guests into establishment, ensured adequate accommodations.
• Guided guests through dining rooms and provided needed assistance.
• Provide support to other areas of restaurant as necessary
