As Mixologist you will join a committed Food and Beverage team driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star’ financial services to a homegrown brand in the heart of vibrant Dubai and glamorous Zurich.

As our ideal candidate, you have exceptional talent and enthusiasm that is above par along with proven experience in a highly active environment. Your organisational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing solutions that push groundbreaking boundaries.

You’ll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for combining elixirs and creating extraordinary cocktails
• Conduct weekly training sessions on beverage pouring practices, cocktail mixing, bottle flaring and up-selling
• Achieve total guest satisfaction and organisational profitability through effective utilisation of all resources
• Delight the guest by offering trend setting and innovative products and services
• Contribute to sales activities and assist in maximising revenue
• Prepare store requisitions and bar requisitions

What We’re Looking For

• You take pride in offering our guests an exciting and seasonally-inspired beverage menu, a lively conversation, and helpful suggestions
• Positive outlook and outgoing personality with a welcoming and enthusiastic energy
• A hands-on approach and flexibility with an inspired ‘can-do’ work attitude
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion
• Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
• Teamwork-oriented
• Previous bartending experience of 1-2 years is a plus
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus
