Job Description
OVERVIEW/BASIC FUNCTION:
It is a duty of Floor Manager/Concierge to supervise the facility centre operations and maintain focus on its clients, as well as, that they are maintaining all policies, protocols, regulations, and standards, while striving towards total client satisfaction.
- To be visible in public areas and welcome every client with a smile and always maintain professional approach
- Assist clients with all different queries and services, bookings, and products/treatments that facility is offering
- At all times strive to represent the facility in the most professional manner
- Understand and follow all standard operating procedures and protocols regarding their position
- To be knowledgeable of daily clinic operations, client preferences, daily events sheet, AV/TV announcements and be up to date with any changes, new procedures, evets, etc.
- To be extremely knowledgeable of Client Journey standards and loyalty programs that facility offers
- To act empowered to provide outstanding service that exceeds clients’ expectations and resolve any challenges in timely manner
- Ensure to check on daily basis schedules, bookings, number of treatments and/or any special client requirement up on starting their shift, during and prior leaving the shift for the following day
- Always monitor the booking system and report issues, if any. Accordingly, re-adjust bookings are per clients’ requirements
- Act as a in charge Manager where needed and handle all client’s requests, complains, and enquires.
- Report to Clinic Manager clients requests and complaints and report thoroughly for further follow up if needed only.
- To assist and implement initiatives which will embrace clients jourbey and support constructive feedback from clients.
- To drive client Loyalty programs and collection of clients data as potential leads.
- Ensure all treatments, services, and the retail products are explained to clients
- Always ensure high level of knowledge about services and products, so all selling opportunities are being taken advantage of
- Assist clients in filling out their forms/ consents and provide necessary support when needed
- Achieve personal and departmental targets
- Direct clients to their designated treatment rooms
- Maintain front desk, public area, and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times by performing hourly walk-thoughts and reporting issues in timely manner
