WHAT WILL YOU DO

Your main duties and responsibilities are:

• Take orders and deliver high end bottle service following the Night Club’s Standard Operating Procedures
• Be able to run a section and oversea a service flow for a number of tables
• Always offer a personalised high-quality service and great attention to the tables as assigned
• Being able to interact with high profile guests in an elegant and professional style and delivering the signature brand experience
• To meet the needs and exceed expectations of all Members and their guests at all times
• Promote sales and build good relationship with Members and Guests ensuring Member recognition, and deliver positive and memorable guest experience by seeking direct feedback
• Handle all requests, enquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Liaise with the kitchen regarding all food related issues, if required and with reception team on all guest related information, preferences
• Ensure that all crockery, cutlery and any other objects and equipment needed for service are prepared and available
• Ensure that the outlet is clean and presentable throughout the service
• Monitor the daily checklist and ensure all opening and closing duties are completed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in same or similar role in luxury high- end clubs or lounges
• Skilled in Bottle Service
• Ability to manage/coordinate a team of runners
• Excellent level of English, written and spoken
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage applications
• Prior experience in dealing with high profile guests
• Have strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
• Ability to think on their feet and come up with alternative solutions especially in a fast pace environment
• Excellent customer engagement skills and communication and listening skills
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity in all dealings and maintain high level of confidentiality
• Ability to work long shifts at night and stand for the extended period of time
