The Joker Club hiring Host/Hostess at Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The founder of the club invites his friends and their guests to play poker at his home.

The hostess would be required to :

- Welcome guests in a warm & friendly manner.

- Make the guests comfortable

- To make sure that all guests and their requests are taken care of

- Responds to guest inquiries & requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner

- Perform opening & closing duties of the event as needed

- Helps fellow team members and subordinates wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships

- Responsible for interacting directly with the guests, starting and maintaining games, and oversees the overall housekeeping of the house through the subordinates

- Must be detail oriented and have a willingness to learn

- Must have the ability to use good judgement in stressful situations

- Must make sure that the guests receive attention service and the quality of service is extraordinary

- Engaging with the guests to ensure they are happy with the service

- Taking food orders from the guests and placing those orders through Uber eats or similar applications

- Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact. Escort them to the assigned area and take care of their basic needs

- Must be able to assist guests & possess great guest relation skills

- Ability to stand/walk around the premise and stay focused and stay alert for extended periods of time

- Be attentive to the guests & their requests all the time

- Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and guests to ensure that everything is handled properly and promptly and guest's concerns are addressed in a courteous manner

Benefits :
