About the Role

The London Project has a proven track record for hosting amazing events, from small to mid-scale private events to large-scale in-house events such as Christmas and New Year’s Eve celebrations. With the new season comes new opportunities and we are seeking a talented and connected events manager to bring The London Project to love in unique and amazing ways.  The right candidate will be able to show elements of exceptionalism, have a spark that defines them as an individual, shows comfortable confidence and has a great rapport with people.

The details of the role will be shared within the positions job description, but we are looking for an individual who can shine above the pack and be able to deliver consistent, quality product daily whilst working within a team environment.

About you

At your interview we will be assessing you as much for your skills and knowledge as an events manager, but also who you are, so the below are a few guidelines points to help you make the decision if you would like to apply.

• Do you have at least 3 years of previous experience in a small to mid-scale event management?
• Are you connected to the social scene of Dubai and are in touch with what is hot?
• Do you have social media skills and ability to know how to focus marketing to the right individuals?
• Can you manage the flow of events from booking to execution?
• Do you have flawless communication skills?
• Do you have good communications skills and a fluent ability to speak English?
• Do you have a positive attitude and pleasant personality?
• Are you a self-motivated person with an eye for detail?
• Can you manage your time?
• Are you well presented, clean, tidy and care about your personal grooming and presentation?
• Do you enjoy dealing with guests and showing off your skills?
• Can you bring confidence without arrogance to a team?
