About the Role

As a London Project Hostess you are responsible for delivering the London Project experience from point of reservation through to a warm farewell upon departure. This process is a key brand promise delivered by the right candidate having confidence, pride and trust in their workplace and team.

The right candidate will show elements of exceptionalism, have a spark that defines them as an individual, shows comfortable confidence and has a great rapport with their guests. They understand that exceptional guest service is not only at the heart of hospitality but that they are an ambassador to our unique food and beverage culture.

The details of the role will be shared within the positions job description, but we are looking for an individual who can shine above the pack and be able to deliver consistent, quality product daily whilst working within a team environment.

About you

At your interview we will be assessing you as much for your skills and knowledge as a hostess, but also who you are, so the below are a few points to help you make the decision if you would like to apply.

• Do you have at least 3 years of previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant?
• Do you have good communications skills and a fluent ability to speak English?
• Do you have an eye for detail and see the flaw others miss?
• Can you effectively manage reservation flow to maximize seating capacity?
• Do you have a positive attitude and pleasant personality?
• Are you a self-motivated person with passion to create experiences?
• Can you manage your time?
• Are you well presented, clean, tidy and care about your personal grooming and presentation?
• Do you enjoy dealing with guests and showing off your skills?
• Can you bring confidence without arrogance to the team?
