About the Role

The London Project service team are a group of food and beverage enthusiasts who know and understand the level of detail needed to make a guests experience wow. As London Project Runner you will work within a dynamic team of professionals to assist in the delivery of food and beverage to our guests, maintain the cleanliness of the venue and support the team with your positive and upbeat attitude and willingness to learn and grow in your career.

The right candidate will show elements of exceptionalism, have a spark that defines them as an individual, shows comfortable confidence, has a great rapport with their teammates and has a good knowledge of food safety guidelines & health practices of UAE.

The details of the role will be shared within the positions job description, but we are looking for an individual who can shine above the pack and be able to deliver consistent, quality product daily whilst working within a team environment.

About you

At your interview we will be assessing you as much for your skills and knowledge as a food runner, but also who you are, so the below are a few guidelines points to help you make the decision if you would like to apply.

• Do you have at least 3 years of previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment?
• Do you possess physical ability and high stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours?
• Do you have excellent communication and active listening skills?
• Are you a team-player, able to collaborate and assist co-workers whenever needed?
• Are you a self-motivated person with an eye for detail?
• Can you manage your time?
• Are you well presented, clean, tidy and care about your personal grooming and presentation?
• Do you enjoy dealing with guests and showing off your skills?
• Can you bring confidence without arrogance to a team?
