As London Project Bartender you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service, beverages and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued.

About the Role

The London Project Bar team are a carefully curated team delivering some of the most unique and experience driven cocktails in the world alongside a stunning wine list, craft beers and a bespoke and dedicated Gin bar offering 42 different gins from the UK and further afield.

The right candidate will show elements of exceptionalism, have a spark that defines them as an individual, shows comfortable confidence and has a great rapport with their guests. They must also have a broad experience within a quality bar environment and be able to demonstrate both a knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of beverages.

The details of the role will be shared within the positions job description, but we are looking for an individual who can shine above the pack and be able to deliver consistent, quality product daily whilst working within a team environment.

About you

At your interview we will be assessing you as much for your skills and knowledge as a bartender, but also who you are, so the below are a few guidelines points to help you make the decision if you would like to apply.

• Do you have at least 3 years of previous experience in a High-quality bar environment?
• Are you WSET trained and have an intimate knowledge of beverages?
• Do you have good communications skills and a fluent ability to speak English?
• Are you a team player and have the ability work in and assist in developing a quality bar team?
• Do you have a positive attitude and pleasant personality?
• Are you a self-motivated person with an eye for detail?
• Can you manage your time?
• Are you well presented, clean, tidy and care about your personal grooming and presentation?
• Do you enjoy dealing with guests and showing off your skills?
• Can you bring confidence without arrogance to a team?
