Requirements

As a Guest Experience/Lifestyle Executive, you will be responsible to provide an efficient service & seamless and memorable experience by making exceptional connections with all of our guests. You will be required to identify and anticipate guests needs throughout their stay and assist in every possible way.

• Minimum of 2-years’ experience working within 5 star luxury hotel
• Fluent in English (Written & Spoken)
• Currently based in the UAE
• Pleasant and professional personality
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
