Company Overview: Resolute Resarch is a specialist agency uncovering statistics across professional services.

Location: Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Dubai.

Start Dates: 26th July and 2nd August

Title: Research Agent (Part-time)

Age: 18 - 30

Working Schedule: 

Option A - 9am - 7pm every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (Inclusive of 30-Minutes Lunch) 

Option B - 1-7pm every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (Inclusive of 30-Minutes Lunch) 

Pay:

Option A - 8,000AED per month. 

Option B - 5,000AED per month. 

*Commission avaliable for high achievers

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals that will conduct short telephone surveys.

You will be responsible for engaging and completing short questionnaires and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Attributes:

• Fluent in English with a clear speaking tone, ideally native speaker who is bi-lingual
• Ability to speak a second language can be beneficial
• Results-driven with a can-do attitude
• Must be well-spoken over the telephone
• Have over two-years’ customer service experience, in-person or over the telephone
• A desire to progress and adapt
• Clear written communication
• Be cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
