We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential and crafting sales plans. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs.

Responsibilities:

•  Present, promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers
•  Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
•  Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
•  Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
•  Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
•  Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
•  Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
•  Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Generate the minimun monthly required target

Requirements:

•  Proven work experience as a Sales Manager.
•  Familiarity with CRM system along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
