JOB DESCRICan you educate guests on menu offerings to select from? Are you ready to take food and beverage orders, seat guests when a lifestyle specialist is not available and ensure that the requests of guests are met and delivered in a timely manner? Are you aware that the role is responsible for providing the first impressions of our guests and, therefore, must welcome and greet as well as serve guests to ensure they carry with them fond memories of their dining & entertainment experience? Do you know that your role serves as the liaison between associates and guests and include communicating service orders to the kitchen, acknowledge and welcome guests according to resort and Beach Club protocols, present bills and handle payment? Requirements: at least 6 months previous experience on a similar position. Effective communication, problem solving skills and pleasant personality are a must. The candidate is expected to possess excellent English language skills, knowledge of any other foreign language/s will be a plus.
