Key Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent guest service
• To perform all tasks to a consistent standard as detailed with the department standard of performance manual
• To attend daily briefing sessions
• To keep wastage to a minimum and be vigilant in reducing expenditure
• Liaise and communicate effectively with all departments
• Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed
• Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
• Table set-ups and station preparation prior to service and at the end of the shift
• Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
• Performs other duties as assigned

Candidate Profile:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellency in English. Other language skills are a plus
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role is essential
• This position requires full mobility, continuous movement and the ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds
