Job Description
- To work in an ISO quality control organization, adhering to policies & quality standards in al daily tasks.
- Prepare beverages for the bar and restaurant guests.
- Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs are followed and completed on a daily basis
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve the drinks in a professional and welcoming manner
- Plan and present bar menu; mix ingredients to prepare cocktails or mocktails as per customers preference
- Ensure compliance with UAE municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant policies and procedures
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies; ensuring there is always enough stock for the operations
- Improves quality results by studying, evaluating and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance
- Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests needs and support the operation of the restaurant
