Can you educate guests on menu offerings and drink specials for them to select from? Are you ready to take food and beverage orders, seat guests when a lifestyle specialist is not available and ensure that the requests of guests are met and delivered in a timely manner? Are you aware that the role is responsible for providing the first impressions of our guests and, therefore, must welcome and greet as well as serve guests to ensure they carry with them fond memories of their dining experience? Are you familiar with the entire restaurant operations and its menu & beverage offerings to maintain high standards of use up-selling techniques to promote restaurant services and facilities? Do you know that your role serves as the liaison between associates and guests and include communicating service orders to the kitchen, acknowledge and welcome guests according to restaurant protocols and present checks to guests for payment?
