Can you manage and promote sales of the company’s products and services in within a defined market segments within specific geographic area, province or country and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximising sales profits? Are you able to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and sales strategy implementation? Can you identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. Do you know that you shall assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically providing input on realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales activities; and sales promotion programme plans? Requirement:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within a 5 star hotel environment.

Performance and result driven.

Must have had Sales Experience in the Luxury Brand Hospitality/Travel industry - MICE & Corporate Sales. A

ble to prioritise workload, is organized and well structured.

Must have initiative and be a self starter, not waiting to be driven.

Computer literacy and sound knowledge of Hotel system is advantageous.

Possess excellent communication skills in customer relations, be aggressive in targeting new business and exceed established goals for their market segment.
