M.L. Cleaning Services is a newly established company providing a world class cleaning services for its clienteles whether residential or commercial.

Job Description:

• Achieve target sales and profit of the company.
• Accountable for the Profit and Loss of the company.
• Participate in developing annual operating budget, including production, staffing requirements, operating and overhead costs, and capital improvements.
• Establish priorities and accountabilities to allocate resources and guide the team to maximize performance.
• Plan, assign and coordinate work; direct the supervision of employees to assure proper support of operations.
• Identify, recommend and implement changes to improve productivity.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in both public and private sector.
• Skills Knowledge of cleaning / hospitality operations including safety, quality, productivity, inventory management, equipment reliability, scheduling, shift staffing, and compliance.
• Knowledge of project management including planning, budgeting, allocating resources and commitment to schedule.

The Successful Applicant should have a minimum 5 yrs. of prior supervisory/management experience in custodial cleaning, preferably in a school setting. Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, products and custodial safety. Proven experience handling facility (24/7 run operation)
