We are looking for an Assistant Manager who can handle the catering operations in a University campus where nearly 6500 students studies. We need a candidate who can manage three large food court areas serving international food, Bakeries, Coffees and Soft beverages. The ideal candidate will have to manage a team of 20 staff both in Kitchen and Front of the house, need to manage the menu , displays, retail vendors, hygiene and cleanliness, audits etc.
