1. International Cuisine Skills - If you have a good hand on Continental cuisine and is an expert in Sauces, Steaks, Pastas, Soups, Stews, Sanwcihes etc., then come over for an interview. 

2. Eagerness to learn - If you have all the basics of international cuisine right with you, and if you dont need to be taught on cooking methods, Meat, Fish, Poultry dishes, classic salads, cold cuts, etc.. then walk in to us. 

3. Experience - If you have experience of 2- 3 years managing international cuisine ( French / Mexican / Italian / Oriental ) in a restaurant or hotel in Dubai that is known for its cuisines, presentation, taste etc. please feel free to walk in.
